This is true in friendships, families, and romantic relationships. Usually, these questions or thoughts are fleeting however, as you might be able to reassure yourself that you are in fact loved by those around you (given that they treat you in a loving, respectful manner and you've built a healthy relationship over time). If, however, your doubt leads to bigger problems (like it's causing trouble in your relationships or it's affecting your self-worth), seek professional help. You may have some deeper-rooted issues, such as unresolved emotional wounds or you may not love yourself enough to believe that anyone else could really love you. | | | | | You are receiving this newsletter because you subscribed to the Healthy Mind newsletter.
